1. About Stoog
Stoog is an initiative of Wollf bv, Beekboshoek 98, 2550 Waarloos, Belgium, VAT / Enterprise number BE 0812.292.351, phone +32 (0)472 53 41 39. References in these terms to "Wollf", "Stoog", "we", "us" or "our" mean Wollf bv.
2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of stoog.live and Stoog festival companion apps, and to enquiries about Stoog services. A separate quote, order form or service agreement may apply to a specific festival project. If that document conflicts with these Terms & Conditions, the project-specific document takes precedence.
3. The Stoog service
Stoog provides lightweight festival companion apps that can include a timetable, artist information, genre information, personal schedule functionality, YouTube previews and Spotify links. The exact scope, timeline, price, revision rounds, launch route and support level are stated in the applicable quote or agreement.
Prices shown on stoog.live are indicative per-edition prices excluding VAT. They are not a binding offer. A project is only confirmed after Wollf has accepted it in writing and the applicable quote or agreement has been accepted.
4. Client responsibilities
Festival organisers are responsible for providing complete, accurate and timely programme data, branding material, permissions and approved changes. The organiser must check and approve the final timetable and content before launch.
Wollf is not responsible for errors, omissions, cancellations, artist changes, stage changes or timing changes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or late information supplied by an organiser or another third party.
5. Visitor use
Stoog festival apps are provided as an informational companion. Visitors should always check the festival organiser's official channels for final programme information, safety information, entry conditions and operational updates. Timetables, artist information and external links may change or become unavailable.
Visitors may use Stoog for personal, non-commercial purposes. They may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, copy or commercially exploit the software or content, or use the service in a way that may damage or disrupt it.
6. External services and third-party content
Stoog may link to or embed third-party services, such as YouTube, Spotify, festival websites, ticketing services and maps. These services are operated by third parties, and their availability, content, terms and privacy practices are outside Wollf's control. External media playback requires an internet connection and may be subject to the third party's own conditions.
Third-party names, logos, artist names, festival names, images and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in a Stoog app or on this website does not imply an endorsement, sponsorship or formal partnership unless explicitly stated.
7. Intellectual property
The Stoog name, website, software, design, content structure and other materials created by Wollf remain the property of Wollf or its licensors. A festival organiser receives only the rights stated in the relevant project agreement. No ownership of Stoog's underlying platform, reusable code or know-how transfers unless Wollf agrees to this in writing.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Stoog available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or fully current availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue website or app features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product development.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wollf is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost data, lost business opportunity or reputational damage.
For a paid festival project, Wollf's total aggregate liability arising from that project is limited to the amount actually paid by the organiser to Wollf for that specific project during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of these Terms & Conditions where relevant. They explain how we handle personal data and cookies.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Antwerp, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
12. Contact
