Optional extras

USE YOUR OWN FESTIVAL URL

€150 excl. VAT / edition

Launch the planner under your own festival domain, for example planner.yourfestival.com.

We provide the required DNS record, guide your technical contact through the setup, configure SSL and test the final address before launch. Your organisation always keeps ownership of its domain.

ADDITIONAL LANGUAGE

From €150 excl. VAT / edition

Add an additional interface language for international audiences. Final price depends on the amount of programme and editorial copy that needs translating.

EXTRA LATE PROGRAMME UPDATE

€75 excl. VAT per update

For approved changes outside the update rounds included in your package. A consolidated update is always preferred, so visitors see one reliable final version.

Every Stoog app includes

  • Your logo, colours and stage names
  • Full programme by day and stage
  • A personal schedule for every visitor
  • Artist details, genres and country/origin where available
  • Embedded YouTube previews for researched acts
  • Spotify listening links for researched acts, where available
  • A lightweight installable web app, without a heavy native download
  • Essential timetable and personal schedule retained after the first visit
  • No app store and no visitor account
  • No background syncing or battery-draining processes
  • A link and QR-ready launch route to share with your audience

Your visitors get the app for free. You pay one transparent fee for the edition.

From timetable to live app

  1. 1

    Send your timetable

PDF, image, spreadsheet or a simple programme document is enough to get started.

  2. 2

We build and brand the app

We turn the programme into a lightweight Stoog app in your festival identity. We also research and add artist information, genres, YouTube previews and Spotify listening links so visitors can discover the line-up before they arrive.

  3. 3

    You check the final version

We validate the programme together before you share it.

  4. 4

Your visitors install it before the gates open

They scan a QR code or open a link, explore the line-up and build their plan. The essential timetable and their personal schedule remain available if reception becomes unreliable.

Pricing FAQ

What determines my package?
The scale and complexity of your programme. Number of days, stages, artists and update needs matter more than download volume. If you are unsure, send us your timetable and we will recommend the right package.
Is the price per month or per download?
Neither. Stoog is priced per festival edition. There is no fee per visitor, per app install or per timetable view.
Can we use planner.ourfestival.be?
Yes. The own festival URL add-on lets you use a subdomain such as planner.ourfestival.be. Your organisation keeps ownership of the domain. We provide the DNS instructions, configure SSL and test the address.
How quickly can an app be ready?
Once we receive a usable timetable and branding material, a standard festival app can usually be built and checked within a few days. Earlier is always better, especially if the programme may still change.
Does this replace our full festival app?
Stoog is purpose-built for the part visitors use most: the programme and their personal schedule. It can stand alone or complement a broader communication app.
What do you need from us?
At minimum: your timetable, logo, colours and stage names. A PDF, image or spreadsheet is fine. We research artist descriptions, genres, YouTube previews and Spotify listening links as part of the build. If your organisation has preferred official artist links or approved bios, send them along and we will use those first.
Can visitors listen to artists in the app?
Yes. Every researched artist page includes an embedded YouTube preview and a Spotify listening link where available. These features help visitors explore the line-up before they leave home. YouTube and Spotify playback need an internet connection; the essential timetable, artist information and personal schedule remain available after the first visit.
Does Stoog still work if reception is poor?
Yes. Reliable access is built in as a safeguard, not as the main reason to use Stoog. After a visitor has opened the app once, their essential timetable, artist details and personal schedule remain available if reception gets unreliable. At most festivals the main benefit is still simple discovery and planning without draining the battery.
