Depending on how you interact with Stoog, we may process:

• Technical and security data, such as IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, server logs and security-related request data.
• Contact data and message content when you email us, including your name, email address, organisation, festival information and any other information you choose to provide.
• Cookie-preference data, so we can remember your choice about optional cookies and similar technologies.
• Optional analytics data only where you have given consent and where an analytics tool has been disclosed in our Cookie Policy.

Stoog festival apps are designed to work without visitor accounts. Favourites and personal schedules are stored locally on the visitor's own device unless a specific festival app clearly states otherwise. Wollf bv does not receive that local planner data through the standard Stoog app.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

We may share data with service providers that help us operate Stoog, such as hosting, technical infrastructure, email and support providers. These providers may only process data on our instructions and under appropriate contractual safeguards where required.

Web fonts on this website are currently requested from Google Fonts, which acts as a third-party technical provider for delivering those font files.

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:

• Technical and security logs: kept for a limited period as applied by our hosting provider.
• Contact enquiries and pre-contract correspondence: up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
• Contract and invoice records: for the period required by applicable accounting and tax rules.
• Cookie-preference data: 6 months, unless you change or clear it earlier.
• Optional analytics data: only for the period stated in the Cookie Policy for the relevant tool.
